HEAR by Sidewalk Talk was created by relationship and listening expert, Traci Ruble, to empower individuals to discover the art of connection and the power of listening. In a world that’s moving ever more towards isolation and toxic individualism, truly HEARING one another is vital, maybe now more than ever before.
Since its inception, HEAR has brought over 200 individuals on a journey towards truly hearing those around them—helping those in this community feel more empowered and become their most centered self. Participants will use the skills acquired throughout the course to radically disrupt today’s me-focused culture and transform the lives of those in their homes, communities, and world for the better.
HEAR is a course to sharpen your interpersonal and listening skills, but more importantly, it’s a community of people all working towards the shared goal of a more empathetic, hearing, and inclusive world, together.

Traci is known for making people feel safe and brave. She is deep without being prying, wise without being a guru, and wickedly funny. Men often say that Traci is the first person that made them feel safe. She worked in publishing and high tech sales and marketing for 13 years so her many years in start-up and corporate life help driven professionals feel understood. She has been a practicing psychotherapist trained in all things for 17 years now. She specializes in working with couples, founders, and driven type-A folks.
